I have witnessed with my own eyes in a room full of four thousand people in a beautiful chapel in Virginia, maybe twelve years ago. The speaker asked a few simple questions to a diverse and educated audience. The Speaker was Bill Britt of Amway (short for The American Way) fame and fortune.
